COVID-19 Preparedness Plan

As issued by Governor Tim Walz in the Executive Order 20-40 on April 23, 2020, businesses are required to create a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan during the peacetime emergency.
Your business’s COVID-19 Preparedness Plan must include and describe implementation of certain requirements as part of this executive order. Learn more in the checklist created by the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry.
