Nancy Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP

Nancy Miller started Vinna Human Resources in October of 2018. The term "Vinna" means "winning at work" in Swedish.
Nancy has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Communication and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She holds certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
Nancy is a graduate of Blandin Leadership, Leadership 2040 (LEAD) and Minnesota Agricultural Rural Leadership (MARL). She continues to participate with these programs on their leadership boards and volunteer committees.
Nancy has successfully worked with small businesses, churches, financial institutions, accounting firms, education, contractors, landscapers, non-profit organizations, restaurants and government organizations. Her skill set and insight allow her to collaborate with employers to develop their leaders and strengthen employee performance.
She strives for a positive experience for the business and its employees. Nancy focuses on the bottom line and is strategic with compensation. Her strengths provide her with the ability to be adaptable to diverse environments and businesses.
Nancy and her husband, Neil, have 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren. They love to spend time on their farm with their family, chickens and dog, Lena.
Stacey Neuhaus
Willmar, MN
Stacey Neuhaus has been a Vinna team member since 2023. She has 15 years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, recruiting. Her background in healthcare, manufacturing and customer service brings real world solutions to the clients of Vinna Human Resources.
Working closely with clients, Stacey develops relationships with them and their management teams. Learning about each unique corporate culture, mission and vision for the future only inspires Stacey to strive harder to ensure each business is positioned for successful growth with reduced risk.
Stacey believes that employees are a company's most valuable asset. She enjoys educating business clients about to maintain a safe and positive work environment, coupled with fair compensation and valued benefits to create a great workplace.
Stacey lives in Litchfield, MN, with her husband and they have two grandchildren who are the light of their lives. Stacey is a fierce advocate and appreciator of the visual and performing arts. Her life motto is Nothing Ventured = Nothing Gained.

Bobbie Jo Jones
Willmar, MN
Bobbie Jo Jones joined Vinna Human Resources in 2024 as a Human Resources Consultant. She brings a background in recruiting and talent acquisition, along with strong technical and administrative skills that help clients navigate their HR needs with confidence.
Prior to joining Vinna, Bobbie spent more than three years recruiting for a global call center organization, where she specialized in identifying top talent, coordinating hiring efforts, and creating a positive onboarding experience for new employees. Since joining Vinna, she has expanded her expertise across a variety of HR functions and enjoys helping employers find practical solutions to workplace challenges.
Bobbie is passionate about building strong relationships with clients and supporting businesses. As a lifelong learner, she is committed to staying current on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to better serve Vinna clients.
Raised in Montevideo, Minnesota, Bobbie and her husband live on a small hobby farm near DeGraff, where they raised their five sons. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, photography, and serving her local church through leadership and media ministry.
Tamara Swenson
Willmar, MN
Tamara Swenson joined the Vinna team in 2026 as a Human Resource Assistant. She has 27 years of experience in customer service and marketing and is known for building trusted, long-lasting relationships through integrity and care.
In her role, Tamara provides exceptional service through attentive listening, empathetic support, and a consistent commitment to going above and beyond. Her primary expertise is in Leave Administration, and she stays up to date on regulatory and process changes to deliver accurate, timely support to clients.
Tamara and her husband are from the Willmar/Spicer area. Outside of work, she enjoys running, gardening, and spending quality time with family.

Charlotte Rosemeier
Willmar, MN
Charlotte Rosemeier joined Vinna Human Resources in July 2026 as a Human Resource Consultant. With more than 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Financial Administration, Charlotte brings a passion for helping organizations succeed through strong leadership, employee development, and strategic human resource practices.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has worked in parish settings within the Diocese of New Ulm, providing support in areas including office administration, employee relations, compliance, financial administration, volunteer management, and organizational support. Her diverse experience and relationship-focused approach allow her to collaborate effectively with clients and develop practical solutions that align with each organization's unique culture, mission, and goals
Charlotte is committed to ongoing professional growth and believes that employees are an organization's greatest asset. She enjoys helping businesses create positive, productive workplaces where both employees and employers can thrive. Her dedication to service, attention to detail, and ability to build meaningful connections make her a trusted resource for the organizations she serves.
Charlotte and her husband, Tony, live in rural DeGraff. They have 7 children and 16 grandchildren.
