Nancy Miller

Nancy Miller started Vinna Human Resources in October of 2018. The term "Vinna" means "winning at work" in Swedish.

Nancy has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Communication and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management. She holds certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).

Nancy is a graduate of Blandin Leadership, Leadership 2040 (LEAD) and Minnesota Agricultural Rural Leadership (MARL). She continues to participate with these programs on their leadership boards and volunteer committees.

Nancy has successfully worked with small businesses, churches, financial institutions, accounting firms, education, contractors, landscapers, non-profit organizations, restaurants and government organizations. Her skill set and insight allow her to collaborate with employers to develop their leaders and strengthen employee performance.

She strives for a positive experience for the business and its employees. Nancy focuses on the bottom line and is strategic with compensation. Her strengths provide her with the ability to be adaptable to diverse environments and businesses.

Nancy and her husband, Neil, have 5 adult children and 8 grandchildren. They love to spend time on their farm with their family, chickens and dog, Lena.

Kerry Texley

Kerry has been with Vinna HR since January 2019 and holds a SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resource Management and brings a variety of experience to the Vinna Human Resources team.  As a former small business owner of almost 20 years, an office manager for more than 10 years, and experience in retail, restaurant, and service-type businesses, she contributes a wealth of knowledge to the team.

Kerry is a graduate of the Willmar Lakes Area Chamber Leadership Perspectives Program and former club and county ambassador leader in the Kandiyohi County 4-H program.  She is currently a member of the Willmar Area Arts Council and a former board member of the Celebrate Art Celebrate Coffee Festival.

Kerry enjoys spending her free time with her family, camping, checking out antique stores, and exploring Minnesota’s small towns.  Photography and creating art are Kerry’s personal passions.

Stacey Neuhaus has been a Vinna team member since 2023. She has 15 years of experience in Human Resources, staffing, recruiting.  Her background in healthcare, manufacturing and customer service brings real world solutions to the clients of Vinna Human Resources.

Working closely with clients, Stacey develops relationships with them and their management teams. Learning about each unique corporate culture, mission and vision for the future only inspires Stacey to strive harder to ensure each business is positioned for successful growth with reduced risk.

Stacey believes that employees are a company's most valuable asset. She enjoys educating business clients about to maintain a safe and positive work environment, coupled with fair compensation and valued benefits to create a great workplace.  

Stacey lives in Litchfield, MN, with her husband and they have two grandchildren who are the light of their lives. Stacey is a fierce advocate and appreciator of the visual and performing arts. Her life motto is Nothing Ventured = Nothing Gained.

Bobbie Jo Jones joined the Vinna team in 2024 as a Human Resources Professional. Bobbie came to Vinna with more than three years of recruiting experience for a global call center agency. She also brings technical skills that can help any business.

As a recruiter, Bobbie loved helping her company find the right people for the job and worked with the new hires to ensure that all paperwork was completed for a smooth transition. As a lifetime learner, Bobbie is looking forward to developing her HR skills and furthering her knowledge in order to assist Vinna clients and their HR needs.

Bobbie grew up in Montevideo, MN, and raises cows and chickens with her husband and 4 of their five boys on a small hobby farm outside of rural DeGraff, MN. When away from work, Bobbie can be found on the farm enjoying the view, capturing photos of family, or assisting at her church, where she is part of board and manages the media team.

Jennifer Benson resides in New London with her husband, Brandon, and their three dogs: Groot, Rocket, and Belle. Jen is also a stepmother to three adult children—Justin, Kayla, and Chloe

With over twenty years of experience in retail management, Jennifer brings a wealth of knowledge in business management and marketing to her work. She is passionate about assisting clients and helping with all other duties.

Outside of work, Jennifer and Brandon run a home-based permanent jewelry business, blending their entrepreneurial spirit with creativity. In their leisure time, they enjoy kayaking, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, attending concerts, and exploring new destinations together.
