Vinna Human Resources is collaborating with the Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department and Blue Ethos Trainers to offer a comprehensive training session aimed at equipping you with the tools and knowledge to continue a safe workplace. Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Department
Kandiyohi County Sheriff's Office will explain the organizational structure of local law enforcement in the Kandiyohi County area both for KCSO and WPD, including what they have to offer for additional trainings/presentations to community groups and businesses. They will also explain some of the collaborate efforts KCSO has with various groups in the community including Woodland Centers, Kandiyohi Co. Adult Protection, Child Protection, and Safe Avenues. Additionally, discussion will include personnel safety outside of the workplace, at home, in the community, and with family. There will be an extended Q&A time for these topics or anything else attendee's would like to discuss with local law enforcement.

Active Threat Instructor
As a Police Officer with a metro Minnesota Police Department, Robert is a trained and certified Active Threat instructor, Firearms instructor and member of a metro SWAT team. Robert has conducted training for Police Departments and private entities. Robert has trained under Drew and Rich to become a BEST instructor. Robert has a passion for teaching and educating others on the importance of self-protection and surviving critical incidents such as an active threat. Robert has taught multiple active threat classes and enjoys helping others mentally prepare to survive an active threat at work or in a public place. Robert understands the importance of being able to return home at the end of the day and will work hard to give you the knowledge and skills so you can.
COST: $100 for the first registrant from your business and $75 for each additional attendee.
Payment by check or credit card will be accepted upon arrival. Vinna HR clients will be invoiced.
